Delilah was found roaming the yards of Montecito and picked up by the Pound.
She was kept for two weeks because they knew she was an "owner's" dog. When
there were no inquiries about her in that time, the Pound called Pug Rescue
and we responded that afternoon! She was truly beautiful and well trained.
An artist Mom and her two children (on our waiting list for about a month)
were ecstatic as were her two other dogs, a Shepard mix and a black lab,
also rescues.
Delilah demands a tummy rub whenever she rolls on her back and MUST be in
front of everyone else, be it people or other dogs. Whenever she rides in
the car she always sits in the driver's lap and when at home barks until
lifted up on the couch. I would say she is definitely the head of that household!
